1. 将边距修改为 16 dp，内项目间距为 8 dp
2. ”翻页动画“和”文字颜色...“小标题字体缩小
3. rv_style RecyclerView 使用 clipToPadding="false"，避免右侧的裁切
4. 分割线上下增加边距

ALin 254ed99864 fix: using SimpleDateFormat from java.text instead of android.icu.text to be compatible with api less than 24 
项目设置里最低api要求为21，但android.icu.text.SimpleDateFormat要求最低api24，更换为了java.text.SimpleDateFormat来支持21~23版本API

在dptrp等墨水屏机型上动画会导致按钮无反应的bug（已复现），通过检测是否为墨水屏模式禁用相应按钮的动画可以解决这一问题
