Adds the group's QR code under the latest releases, with a pointer to
entryway.top for a fresh code once this one expires (WeChat group codes
last seven days). The image starts at the group name, without the
members' avatar collage.

The README still showed the global v0.24.0 batch. It now lists each
platform's current independent release with Gitea downloads, GitHub
mirrors, sizes and SHA-256, the 1.0 backup notice, what 0.88-0.90
brought, the supported media sources, and the renamed GitHub owner.
